Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and begin once your order has been handed over to the shipping provider. In some cases, external factors such as high shipping volumes, customs processing or weather conditions may cause delays.
Lost parcels are very rare, but if any issues occur during shipping, we will of course support you, provide updates and work towards a solution as quickly as possible.
Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday to Friday). No deliveries take place on weekends or public holidays.

Important Information for BMX Complete Bikes
BMX complete bikes are shipped partially assembled, which is standard practice in the BMX industry, especially for smaller bike sizes. Before riding, final setup is required. This usually includes installing the front wheel, aligning the handlebars and adjusting the brakes.
Partial assembly helps ensure safe transport and reduces the risk of damage during shipping.
Free Shipping & Exclusions
Free shipping promotions do not apply to BMX complete bikes unless explicitly stated. Shipping fees always apply to bicycle shipments.
The following countries are excluded from free shipping offers:
Andorra, Greece, Monaco, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Holy See (Vatican City State), Malta, Bulgaria, Estonia, North Macedonia, Romania, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein.
Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping option includes full tracking and is available for all purchases. Free standard shipping is available on orders over 199.00 € in most European countries, excluding bicycle shipments and the countries listed above.
