Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date on which they, or a third party designated by them, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of the withdrawal before returning any goods. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, complete, and returned in their original manufacturer’s packaging. A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be included with the return.
We primarily ship within Germany but also deliver throughout Europe. The following provisions apply irrespective of the delivery country.
Return Procedure
Before returning any goods, customers are required to contact us via our contact form to notify us of the withdrawal and to receive instructions regarding the return process.
Returns sent without prior notification or to an incorrect address may be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of a valid withdrawal, we shall refund all payments received for the returned goods, excluding additional costs such as express delivery or special shipping services.
Refunds will be made no later than 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods. We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received or proof of return has been provided, whichever occurs first.
Refunds are made using the same means of payment as the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Return Shipping Costs
The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
In the case of an exchange, we will bear the shipping costs for the replacement item.
The customer is responsible for ensuring proper packaging of the return shipment. We do not assume liability for loss, damage, or deterioration of returned goods during transport.
Condition of Returned Goods / Compensation for Loss of Value
The customer shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
If returned goods show signs of use, damage, improper handling, missing parts, or missing original packaging, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount for loss of value or to refuse the return.
Goods that can no longer be resold as new may be returned to the customer at their expense.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods that have been assembled, installed, tested, ridden, or otherwise put into use beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functioning
- Bicycles or components that have been mounted or commissioned
- Goods damaged due to improper or incorrect assembly by the customer
- Custom-made or made-to-order products, including but not limited to custom-built bicycles, wheels, or other individually configured items, unless defective
Damage caused during self-assembly excludes the right of withdrawal.
Faulty or Defective Goods
If goods are defective, the customer must notify us before returning the item.
In the event of a confirmed defect, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs up to €5 for small items and €10 for larger items. For bulky goods such as complete bicycles, prior contact is required so that collection can be arranged.
Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Promotional Items
Any free promotional items (excluding stickers) must be returned in the event of a full return. If promotional items are not returned, their retail value may be deducted from the refund.
Warranty
All goods are subject to the respective manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty scope and duration vary depending on the manufacturer and product. Warranty claims are handled in accordance with applicable law and manufacturer terms.
Final Provisions
Returned goods must be unused, complete, and in resalable condition. These return conditions do not limit or affect statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
Additional Return Information for Complete Bicycles
Complete bicycles are shipped partially assembled. Any assembly, adjustment, test ride, or use beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the bicycle constitutes use of the goods.
Bicycles that have been fully assembled, ridden, or otherwise put into use are excluded from return.
Due to their size, value, and shipping method, returns of complete bicycles must be coordinated in advance. Customers are required to contact us before returning a bicycle so that appropriate shipping or collection arrangements can be made.
Bicycles returned without prior coordination, or shipped incorrectly, may be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
If a returned bicycle shows signs of use, damage, improper assembly, or missing original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to deduct an appropriate amount for loss of value.
