Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall expire fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods, or—where multiple goods are ordered in one order and delivered separately—the last good.
Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example by email or letter). The use of a withdrawal form is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you for the returned goods, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
Return of Goods
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending back any goods.
Returns sent without prior confirmation or to an incorrect address may be refused or returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
Once confirmed, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.
The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

Please ensure that the goods are securely packed. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We do not assume liability for loss or damage during return transport.
Liability for Diminished Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
- goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
- sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery;
- newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
This withdrawal policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
