Delivery Times are approximations for when your Order will be delivered after being handed off to DHL/UPS. External Factors such as high Shipment-volumes, Delays from Customs, etc. may occasionally cause longer Delivery-times. There is also a Possibility for Parcels to be lost, but we strive to provide Updates and work towards Solutions. We deliver on weekdays (Monday - Friday) but not on weekends.
