An updated version of the game-changing BB Buddy with a 2mm shorter stack but the same grinding surface. The angled section that contacts your crank arm is now shorter, making it ideal for larger boss cranks like Odyssey Thunderbolts or if you prefer running your cranks closer to your frame. Grinding directly on your frame? While grinding on the BB shell looks cool, it's not designed for it. The BB Buddy is a replacement non-drive bottom bracket spacer built for abuse and protects your frame from damage. Sitting at a slightly larger diameter than your BB shell and made from post heat-treated 4140 chromoly (the same material as quality metal pegs), this reinforced washer lets you lock in grinds faster and cleaner, keeping your BB bearings from melting to dust.
