How do I return an order?
14-DAY RETURN POLICY
Withdrawal form
Returns for an exchange or refund are possible within 14 days from the purchase date, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and a valid receipt or order number is included. The return shipping costs for the item in its original condition are your responsibility. You must cover the transport costs yourself. We will cover the shipping costs for replacement items.
Return conditions:

Send the item along with the completed return form either by mail or through a courier service of your choice. If you would like to arrange for the pickup of a bulky item, such as a bicycle, by a courier, please contact us via the contact page on our website, and we will provide you with a quote.

Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage or a tracking number, as we are not liable for the loss or damage of returned goods. It is essential that the product is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in “like-new” condition. Otherwise, we reserve the right to reject your return or charge a partial amount for depreciation.

If the bicycle or item has been assembled, tested, or ridden, it can no longer be returned. If you damage the product during assembly, such as when attaching a pedal or crank, we cannot accept the return. Please refer to our installation videos or, if in doubt, have the assembly performed by a professional mechanic.

In the case of a refund, we will only refund the value of the goods and not the cost of express shipping. If returning a complete order, any free items (except stickers) must also be returned, otherwise, we will deduct their cost from the refund.

Custom-made wheels, bicycles, and other products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

We will process your return as quickly as possible, usually within 5 business days. The refund will be issued within 14 business days of receiving the returned goods.
Important: Items returned for exchange or refund must be unused and in like-new condition. All manufacturer packaging must be included. Please ensure your return is carefully packaged, as we cannot accept returns that show signs of use or damage. Products that can no longer be sold as new are subject to either a fee to cover depreciation or may be entirely rejected and returned to you at your expense. These conditions are available on our website and do not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty items: If you suspect your item is defective, please inform us via our contact form before returning the item. If your product is indeed faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs (up to a maximum of €5 for smaller items and €10 for larger items). For bulky items, such as complete bicycles, please contact us first so that we can arrange a pickup. Full terms and conditions are available on our website.
Warranty: All items sold are covered by individual manufacturer warranties, which vary depending on the brand and product. These are handled by us on a case-by-case basis.
